So I went to the Doctor today and he told me what I already knew, that my UCL is completely torn, so gross. So now I am going to have surgery next thursday, whoop, the doctor assured me that it would not cost too much, so long as I do not consider a minimum of $5,000 too much. You have to keep your eye on Hospitals, they will cheat you.

On a happier note I got an awesome new record today, The Notwist: Golden Neon, “this record is about textures: electronic bleats, pulsing waves, the mixture of organic instruments with digital blips and loops, and most notably the serenity of Markus Acher’s voice”. It makes me happy listening to sweet music when I am feeling down.

So yeah, I have been working a lot at the club for the past few weeks, in fact I have worked ever day of the past few weeks at the club. Today was my first day off in I can’t remember how long, so what did I do with my new found free time? I went skiing, and oh how I should not have. I should have rather stayed home and rested, that is because I crashed extreamly hard into a very large pile of rocks, and did this to my thumb. If you did not click the link “this” refers to a torn UCL in my hand. The doctor I saw said that I would most certianly need surgury to get it sorted out. I am super bummed out right now.I will save my venting for tomorrow. I how I need to vent.

I skied two runs with Warren Miller yesterday, oh my gosh, oh my gosh, oh my gosh! Ruled the Rule. When I am 80 I hope to have made 500 ski films as well, wait, no, when I am 80 I hope to be still walking and to know my name, WM is awesome. Today my good friend Zach will be guideing a guy who started this little company, things are off the hookity hook.

I find it to be quite complicated to begin to post post after I have not posted post in a while. I feel that after a pause I have to re-think my approach to my blog style and adjust to something that would be more of an enticement for me to blog a bit more. What will that new style be? Questions Questions Questions. I should take a cue from Orkut, it is slick as slick can be. I like it.

It’s snowing and tomorrow will be a ripping powder day, I’m sure you all wanted to know.

To be quite honest, I had nearly forgotten how much of a crush I have always had on Simone de Beauvoir. I need to re-read her ethics and bask in their ambiguous glow. There is just something about the idea of “being and nothingness” that gets me all hot and bothered.

So today I bent my skis. it bums me out. I don’t know how I am able to break what seems to be unbreakable. I guess arching turns at 50mph over traverse lines is too much for even the burliest of skis. I am bad ass.

So I have been thinking about the things that I like in life and I have decided that Victoria is one of them.
